Op donderdag 18 mei zal er een infoavond plaatsvinden in boekenwinkel Opstand in Den Haag over de anarchisten die beschuldigd worden van bankoverval in Aken, Duitsland.
In 2015 en 2016 werden drie anarchistische kameraden, een uit Amsterdam en twee uit Barcelona gearresteerd en gevangen gehouden nadat de aanklager in Aken (Duitsland) een arrestatiebevel had uitgevaardigd met als aanklacht verschillende bankoverval in dezelfde stad. De kameraad uit Amsterdam, beschuldigd van een bankoverval in 2013, werd in december 2017 vrijgesproken. De aanklager is inmiddels in cassatie gegaan. Het proces van de twee andere kameraden met betrekking tot een aanklacht van bankoverval in 2014 begon afgelopen 23 januari. Hun rechtszaak zal nog maanden voortduren.
Laat het duidelijk zijn dat het voor ons niet uitmaakt of ze schuldig of onschuldig zijn. Dit is de binaire logica van onderdrukking die door het rechtssysteem wordt gebruikt om wetten aan ons op te leggen die ons proberen te onderwerpen aan een leven van werk, vervreemding, en gehoorzaamheid.
Tijdens de infoavond en discussie zullen we het hebben over de zaak, de repressie en enkele technische aspecten die daar onderdeel van zijn. Maar ook over de strijd en solidariteit die in onze handen liggen.

Infonight about the cases against anarchists accused of bank robbery in Aachen
On Thursday, May 18th, an information evening will take place in bookstore Opstand in The Hague about the anarchists accused of bank robbery in Aachen, Germany.
In 2015 and 2016 three anarchist comrades, one from Amsterdam and two from Barcelona, have been imprisoned after the prosecution office of Aachen (Germany) issued warrants for their arrests on accusation of bank robbery in the same city. The comrade from Amsterdam, charged with a
robbery in 2013, has been acquitted in December 2017; she is currently awaiting the revision appeal. The trial of the two other comrades concerns a robbery in 2014 and began on the 23rd January 2017; their court case will continue for the coming months.
Let it be clear that it is of no importance to us whether they are guilty or innocent: these are binary logics of oppression used by the legal system to impose laws on us that attempt to subject us to a life of work, alienation, obedience and resignation.
During this infonight and discussion we will talk about the case, the repression and some technical aspects that are part of it, but also about struggle and solidarity – aspects of it that are in our hands.
